Dear Mr Price

...been m.i.a for a bit...been busy and feeling un-inspired...anyway im back!

I've currently been coveting the oversized slouchy clutch!!! so convienent and fun!
So if Mr Price were to hear my request (not that they would read my blog) ....Casually put, I would say...

Dear Mr Price.....

Please could you be ever so kind as to manufacture a few slouchy clutches. I have even taken the liberty to post a few inspirational pics. From what I can tell this would definately be an 'it' bag and it would be relatively inexpensive to manufacture. A bag is an essential accessory and this particular bag would add flare. I would propose that you offer a few colours; black, nude (as seen) and a few bright colours...bright orange...electric blue - just a few suggestions.... Why Mr Price? - well ...I think this bag suits the image you project - offering trendy items at affordable prices.

Sincerely  (thank you in advance)

Baba

Nails

♫ Adele 'one and only'  ♫

I have always loved the act of painting my nails but recently I have a new appreciation of the it. I am currently on a mayjor budget diet - for a trip overseas - so I have found it to be a cheap way to stay on trend and also a way to make me feel better about not being able to purchase any items..blah blah...So my review

Chanel - borrowed a few coats, most over-rated nails polish chipped in a day (esp. for the price)

Essie - its alright but does chip within the week and needs a lot of top coat application.
However they have a really nice variety of colours - the 'au naturale' is my fav pot (see below)

My fav. pots of nail polish
1. Sally hansen's new 3-in-1 range - base coat, colour and top coat included in one pot!
the colours are rich and last more than a week.
2. Barry M. Havent seen in S.A - but if you do head overseas grab a few - so cheap , good quality and lots
of colours to select from

My South Africa

This is quite random - but im trying my hand at taking  pics ... what ya think? I could think of a lot to say about what this pic represents....but this is a visual blog....so i'l leave it at that

Jonathan Saunders AW

au naturale ..

I've always thought I look better with less make-up. Besides having very bad and sensitive skin... I think it goes back to - One 'shushu' day.

I was about 15 and my mom decided to show me how make-up should be applied...in attempt to girlyfy me - I used to be a little on the tom-boy side. I was quite excited about this little bonding session...until I took a look in the mirror. I was HORRIFIED!! I looked like I was sterrring in an AfMag movie.

Don't get me wrong, I Believe in eyeliner - but from that day I decided I would lay off a bit....

If I'm not headed to the office my everyday make-up routine includes:

In order of application :

1. MAC strobe cream - makes your sking look alive - apply with foundation brush
2.  MAC concealer
3. MAC blush (ambering rose)
4. White eyeliner - apply on the bottom to make eyes look brighter
5. Woolies 3-in-1 Mascara
5. L'oreal gloss - freebee
